A Healthy Gratitude.

 

Gratitude should be the first degree of thought that one must undertake at any instant state of awareness.

This must be embraced by uniting the worlds of consciousness and subconsciousness.

Then, this is followed by the first degree of knowledge: purity.

And the basics of purity is simply: cleanliness, hygiene and wellness.

Upon any form of work in life, or pursuits of desire.
