To Lead One's Body.

Your body is not an instrument that could easily or instantly act upon your command. Even though it's rightfully yours.

What you have understood with your mind and senses, to achieve a specific desire, is only a mere imagination. You have to learn what is your body made of, and what it's capable of, and what its capacity, and what are its needs. To compare with others and not giving its rights, is a shameful disrespect. And at times, a simple disrespect could possibly leave catastrophic damage.

You have to lead, teach, guide and train your body to achieve the material of your desire, by putting purposes in the right places. And therefore to materialise your imagination. Such requires time, space, patience and endless attempts with the right attitude. And many times, fighting reality.

These are the basics of a leader.
