01: We do not accept returns.

Please take your time, learn about our artworks and make your choice carefully. Our artworks are created by hand from our small home studio. Due to the nature of our crafts, unfortunately we do not accept returns.

02: We do not provide exchanges.

Since our artworks are original one-of-a-kind, there is no reproduction or stocks available. Basically each piece is uniquely irreplaceable. Unlikely each piece could be easily substitute for another. Our non-exchangeable policy is to ensure fairness in respect to other customers’ selections or choices.

All sales of artworks are final and non-refundable upon successful checkout.

03: Damages and issues.

Please inspect your order upon reception. Faizalsomadi.studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Notify us immediately, so we may do our best to evaluate the issue and make it right.
