Thank you for shopping at Faizal Somadi Studio.

All orders will be packed and shipped out directly from our little home studio, in Singapore.

Produced right from our hands, every piece of artwork is an original one-kind, one-piece, hand-created item. There is no stock of the same piece, no reproduction, neither it is a print, nor being mass produced. Each is only one. Therefore we take great extra care in creating them as well as handing them over to future owners.

 

01: Processing Your Order: 2-5 Business Days

Upon receiving your orders, we need 2-5 business days to process the item before shipping out. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Following this, additional number of days is applied on shipment to your destination.

Every single artwork will be carefully packed with protective materials such as: parchment paper, plastic encasement, bubble/foam wrap, stretch film, and whichever securely applies. As our artworks do not conform to standard sizes, unframed artworks and small items may be quicker to process, but bulky or large custom-sized items may require more resources. We would like to ensure that your artwork is secured during transit until it safely reaches your hands.

02: Types of Artwork Shipment

All unframed artworks will be packed, wrapped, rolled and cushioned into a rectangular box, and sealed securely. All framed artworks including stretched-canvases will be wrapped and packed over as it is. Therefore, final size of shipment package may differ from the size of actual product.

Unframed Artworks

  • Shipping available for local (Singapore) and SELECTED international destinations.
  • Original raw paper art pieces, which occupied most in our gallery. These are normally sized between A5 to A1.
  • Minimum size approximately A5: 148 x 210 mm
  • Maximum size approximately A1: 594 x 841 mm
  • Rolled-fit packing

 

Framed Artworks Small

  • Shipping available for local (Singapore) only.
  • Small-range stretched-canvas original artworks.
  • Acrylic / glass framed original art pieces.
  • Size limit: approximately 250 mm length.
  • Wrapped-over packing

 

Framed Artworks Medium

  • Shipping available for local (Singapore) only.
  • Medium-range stretched-canvas original artworks.
  • Acrylic / glass framed original art pieces.
  • Size limit: approximately 420 mm length.
  • Wrapped-over packing

 

Framed Artworks Bulky

  • Shipping available for local (Singapore) only.
  • Large to oversize stretched-canvas original artworks.
  • Acrylic / glass framed original art pieces.
  • Size approximation between: 420 - 1300 mm length.
  • Wrapped-over packing

  

03: Local Shipping: 1-3 Business Days

Rates on this chart is only an estimation and listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) for local (Singapore) shipping & delivery. Upon check out, prices may change based on your choice of shipping services with more affordable options.

04: International Shipping: 4-14 Business Days

International shipping is only applicable to Unframed Artworks at a maximum size approximately: 594 x 841 mm.

Other forms of framed artworks or stretched-canvas paintings are not available for international shipping due to fragility and sensitivity of materials such as glass and artwork size.

Framed paper artwork could be delivered if the artwork could be dismantled from the frame. Write to us to enquire if there’s a framed artwork piece you’re interested for us to process for order.

Rates on this chart is only an estimation and listed in US Dollars (USD). International shipping & delivery may only be available to selected countries. Duration of shipment and rates here are just a general guide based in Singapore. Upon check out, prices may change based on your choice of shipping services with more affordable options.

05: Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

06: Customs, Duties and Taxes

Faizalsomadi.studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to any orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

 

07: Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception. Faizalsomadi.studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Notify us immediately, so we may do our best to evaluate the issue and make it right.
