Ya Rabbi, Black on Swash Tea Sporadic.

-—————

This is an Islamic artwork. It features a common simple submission of saying used in forms of cultural exclamation, or invocation in Islam. It recites and means:

Ya Rabbi: Oh My God!

Rabb here also refers to: Lord, Master, Owner.

It is calligraphed in Arabic Thuluth script, 4 times facing 4 sides, as a form of Dzikr: an act of remembrance of God by chanting repeatedly. The background is made of tea marks in form of sporadic washes and blotches.
