Tasbih, Deconstructed Olive Sand Spots.

-—————

This is an Islamic artwork. It features a collage of deconstructed forms and and dissected parts of a phrase called Tasbih: a meditational chant in glorification of God in Islam, commonly used in prayers and supplications. There are different forms of Tasbih, here it recites and means:

Subhanallah: Glory be to God (Allah).

It is calligraphed in deconstructed parts of Arabic Thuluth script, written twice, with fragmented spaces filled with painted nuqtah (rhombic) spots.
